To preserve, enrich, and promote Konkani language and literature by nurturing creativity, scholarship, emerging talent, and innovation, and by ensuring that Konkani literary heritage continues to inspire generations across the world.
Ashawadi Prakashan is committed to publishing and promoting diverse Konkani literature, preserving and digitally disseminating its literary heritage, encouraging literary study and research, discovering and nurturing new literary talent through creative initiatives and competitions, and extending meaningful support to writers in need. Through these efforts, Ashawadi Prakashan seeks to strengthen the continuity, vitality, and wider reach of Konkani language and literature.
Konkani is written in more than one script, and a reader of one script has usually been unable to read the literature published in another. Everything here is published under the Konkani Beyond Scripts mission: the same work, in Kannada, in Devanagari and in Romi, so that the script somebody happens to read in stops deciding what they are allowed to read.

This archive was converted from two legacy websites and some of it is imperfect: a name spelled two ways, a date the pages did not record, a title the conversion could not recover. If you find something wrong, please say so, and say which page you found it on.
